Fruit Flys everywhere not just kitchen

I first noticed them in the kitchen, I cleaned everything and now they are everywhere in my 3 bedroom house. They look like fleas on the walls and ceilings. I also have little bites all over could they be the cause? How do I get rid of them please help. Thanks
