Throw away the contaminated flour,moreover inspect all other ,cake mix,pancake batter,cornmeal etc. to see if these products are infested. If so throw away and buy new stuff. This often solves Stored product pest problems,but if you feel a treatment is neccasary call a local Pest Control Company for an inspection.
