Unknown Bathroom bug...help

I have dirt that keeps coming out from the corner of the bathroom cabnet onto the floor. I have never seen any bugs....but I know it is from something. We had an exterminator come and spray and he said it is ants. They came back after he sprayed and I have tried to kill them with poisen and that did no good. And I have also tried ant spray killer. And that did no good. I am begining to think it is not even ants... but what else could it be. I have never even seen any bug. But I know there is a pest that keeps making the dirt/dust appear in the corner. It is almost like an anthill. I vaccuum it up. But is always returns.
