bed bugs?

i get these bites all over my body, as of lately ive been getting them much more often, sometimes my mother and sister get them, but lately its just me, and i will sleep where they sleep, and still get bit, my dad doesnt get bit at all,

the doctor says they might be bed bugs, ive been washing everything in really hot water over and over, and am now treating for bed bugs, but my dad seems to think it could be something in my mind, i thought they could also be hives.

the bites are mainly in groups, sometimes three sometimes more, but they are located in all parts of my body, my arms and stuff, they really itch, and then when i itch them they feel good, but they kind of start to really hurt too. ive had this problem for five years ( i know) and we have moved since i first got them, we have a dog and a cat, two birds and a rat, two snakes, but weve only had the dog for the whole five years. now im not alowing any animals in my room. also thats where i mainly get thesee bites, i wake up with them the next day.

please! someone help me!!
