Little brown worms

I was reading in the forum and notice a few of you have what sounds like what I have little brown worms. the only thing is I have no dog and I have only found them on the side of the bed my husband sleeps on. The seem to end up on a towel that he'll us to place on the bed to have a snack at night. Very strange I have dusted and vaccumed several times but no luck in getting rid of them. Does anyone know what they are where they are coming from and how can I get rid of them cause I can't stand the thought of them crawling into my bed. YUCK!!!! Please help. It is very tiny and brown.
