Bed bugs

I have been travelling now for 2 months and recently have found huge areas of itchy bites on my body. They are usually pretty much in a straight line but some of them are scattered. I thought once I had moved from the place where this happended that would be the end of it, but since then I have been bitten and am now quite worried. I would like your advice as to whether this sounds like bed bugs and if so what I should do to eliminate the problem. If you don't think it's bed bugs then what else do you think it could be.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could e-mail me with your advice so I can try and get rid of these itchy red bites.
