Please help with this bug!!!

I have had these bugs in my car for at least a year. They are small about the size of a small grain of rice only more rounded. It is blackish with stripes, but you can only see the stripes if you look closely. I have seen them fly, however they are mostly just sitting and hanging out in my car. I only see one or two at a time and they don't even move when you get near them. In fact you can pick them up and hold them and if they move at all, they may just crawl very slowly. I have cleaned out my car completely especially under my daughter's car seat where there was some food particles, then I set off a bomb making sure the everything was open, I even had the seat partially down so it could get into the trunk. After the three hours I cleaned the car again and aired it out. Today there were two dead on the back seat, and one crawling. So I guess the bomb didn't work. Does anyone know what kind of bug this is?
