Flies in house

Every year, late spring to mid summer, we get what appears to be house flies in the house. For about a 2 week period we run around inside and kill about 10-15 flies a day. After about 2 weeks it's all over with
but this has happened every year for the past 4 years.
House is always very clean, No trees around it, figure some how they are getting in some where and nesting every year, perhaps in the wall"S???

Any suggestions would be great
