bedbugs questions(please answer)

So I had a bedbug problem for the last few months, was at my wits end, had the place sprayed multiple times, once right before I moved out. Washed all my clothes, bleached stuff, sprayed it with pyrethium, examined it and threw out most of the stuff I wasn't sure about. But last night after a week in my new apartment I got bit...its a lot smaller probably a nymph bite. So I guess I'm wondering what my best course of action is here.
1) Should I just buy a duster and drione...I already have the pyrethium and handle it myself? Since it probably isn't a big infestation and there shouldn't be any adults?
2.) Should I call an exterminator and pay myself? (I don't have much money right now) Any idea how much that might cost?
I can't deal with this anymore and need this problem to go away...someone please give advice.
