What you really should do it capture one in a bag (perhaps kill it by freezing) and take it to a local exterminator, entomology department at a local university, etc. Bam... they'll tell you what it is and you can begin treating.

Don't post 15 times, just do it! :-) Yes, this is one of the few things that actually might be worth the current price of gas ;-)
