Ironing especially with steam is a good way to kill the bedbug and their eggs. Just make sure you are thorough in ironing every inch of your clothing. :)

One word of caution, I just read your ordeal about getting these bedbugs from your hotel room. Please remember that whatever came back with you from that visit should be thoroughly inspected this includes your shoes, any jewellery like watches, eyeglasses, laptop(and case) if any, and your purse. They might be hiding in those items also.
