You have to make a frog want to leave. Make the conditions around your apartment such that frogs will not gather around there. Frogs eat bugs, flys, etc. So the first step would be to eliminate food sources that have attracted them. Is there a light on above your apartment door all night? Big bug attractant.

Second step would be to make the environment one that a frog would not be able to tolerate. Frogs like damp, cool conditions. Do everythig possible to eliminate those as well.

This information wil apply to frogs, lizzards, scorpions, etc. Any pest that there is no registered pesticide for.
