I think I might be able to help you out. I had the same problem for over 4 years - I couldn't figure out what it was - It effected me but no one else around me. I have a room in my house I couldn't go into and had problems with my vehicles and my office. Well I figured it out finally. Not what it is but how to deal with it.
It all had to do with my diet. I have had no problems since I changed my diet. I am not sure what in my diet that it was but I made some drastic changes and I am slowly working my way back to my old ways so I can find out exactly what it was. I felt my body was too acidic and that was what was attracting them to me and not anyone around me. I quit drinking Orange Juice, Sweet Tea, Soda (coke, pepsi, any soft drink). and I quit eating red meat.
This will not work over night - you have to give it about a month for your body to get rid of the acids and sugars that are built up. I also vacuum things at least twice a week.
Give it a try, can't hurt. It worked for me. It was a last resort for me and I didn't have to buy anything.
