Tiny White Bugs

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me, I have these tiny off-white bugs in my bathroom. Very tiny, at first I thought they were lice or something but no one in my family has lice. They usually crawl around the faucet on my sink or in the sink, I haven't seen them anywhere else and I usually see them in the summer. This is not the first time I've seen these little bugs, I've seen them in other apartments that I've lived in too. I don't have any wood around my bathroom, so I'm not sure what they are. I do have a problem with roaches and pantry beetles. Any Idea of what these tiny little white bugs are? BTW I didn't notice any wings.. but they do move around if you try to kill them.
