flour bugs

today as I was scooping out flour to make bread, I noticed tiny little white bugs hopping out of the scoop. I bought this flour in bulk, one month ago, and have stored it in the freezer, as I do all grain products. Can you tell me what bug can survive a month in the freezer? Is this a young weevil? thank you.
