Ladies,

I think I know what they are as I have these unwanted guests taking residency in the ceilings and walls. These worms are active at night and I put more sealant under the baseboards, to not avail. The worms wiggle their way under the sealant and consume the carpet fibers.

The description similarities of these "worm" uninvited guests are amazing. I thought I was going a bit crazy. Not one professional exterminator in the Phoenix, Arizona, USA area has been able to determine yet alone actually see these worms therefore, no identify has been made.

I stumbled on an unrelated pest problem. KILLER BEES. While researching everything there is to know about these killer bees, it dawned on me that there was the answer to so many problems in the Apartment. The bees contribute to the cycle.

If the bees are exterminated, the bee hive must be removed completely from the structure, immediately or a new colony will occupy your home. What is the worse that could happen? The bees are exterminated and the expense of removing honeycomb or leave the honeycomb to rot?

My Landlady decided to let it rot and decay, or maybe it is reoccupied? Nevertheless, it smells. The walls are turning yellow from the pollen or honey seeping through, the ceiling omits a yellowish grainy dust, my clothes are turning yellow, there are these dark spots on the walls and ceiling, too.

After my research, my guess is wax worms or maggots that are feeding on a dead mouse or rat that the hive attracted and maybe you do not have a problem with a bee-hive, but something is attracting these worms to your home, so consider crawling up into the attic and investigate what is up there. Could be feces or something rotting like fruit or candy that attracts these worms? Check out bugspray.com it is very informative!
