Since the bugs need to have a proper place to live, try to remove their habitat by either throwing it away or smothering it with something. Here are some examples:
1. Throw out things like the foam covers on your CD headset, makeup applicators, cloth covered headbands, fabric purses, etc.
2. Sprinkle salt on all carpeting. Vaccum when you normally would have then reapply. KEEP IT THERE. My mom gave me this idea when she thought I had fleas. Works for Morgellons as well.
3. Wrap your matt and box witb plastic moving bags that you can get at U-Haul or some other moving/storage place. Seal with tape. Put your pillow in a plastic garbage bag and tie shut tightly.
4. Place plastic garbage bags on all upholstered seat covers to keep a barrier between you and their current residence.
5. Cover sofas, recliners and loveseats with plastic. Just find something that is a soft plastic like garbage bags, tape them together and lay over the seating area and where your back and arms rest.
6. Constantly wash bedding, clothing, tennis shoes, etc.
Anyone have any more tips, please post as we first came here looking for help so are others. If you want to talk, I'm jwiebe@mindsync.com I will try to help you as much as I can. At least we now have a name for what we have and measures to control it.
