Clothing moths? Holes in clothes

We have found several small, round holes in our woolen and (some) cotton clothing. We bought some moth traps, put them in our closets, and caught about 40 grayish colored moths. A pest control company said they were meal moths which do not eat clothing. With the possible exception of maybe one stray larvae, we have never seen moths or larvae in our kitchen or in any dry goods. But over the past two years or so we have seen about a half dozen larvae in our bedroom -- they are about 1/8” long, have a sort of striped (but not fuzzy) brownish appearance and, on the one occasion when I caught one and put it in a ziplock bag, it actually shed its outer skin, but remained in its larvae state.

Does this sound like meal moth larvae? Or clothing moths? Or could it be something else entirely? Do we have two (or more) separate pests? How do we find out? What should we do?
