Tom, I'm in the pest control biz for over 25 years but without seeing the fly I'm taking a VERY GOOD GUESS. I think you have drain/fungus flys. They come in different shapes but a common one is triangular but some look like fruit flys. These flys live off the fungus that builds up in all types of drains, be it sinks or anything with any drain what-so-ever. Bars and sports clubs commonly have this problem. Pesticides WILL NOT WORK. You have to buy a product especially for this problem. Bio-Gel is great. So is Drain-gel. Go to where they outfit the extermination industry and ask for this. You have to pour this down the drain/s. The directions are on the bottle. These flys need and love moisture so you MUST keep all the suroundings dry as a bone. You have to treat the area around this also to kill the eggs. All this MUST be done like it's life or death or it won't work. The cycle must be cut off. You can check to see if these are drain flys by puting a large glue-board-trap facing down over the drain/s. They must be put oabout an inch above the drain on some sort of foundation. Leave it for a night or two and you'll know for sure the're drai/fungus flys. Once you do the intial two weeks work, each night, you can then use it sparingly to maintain good sanitation. Then, it's a breeze. But do it NOW. I had a bar account and they didn't do-it-to-a-tee and the flys got so out of control they had to replace the entire floor!! $9,000 for being lazy! Good luck! Artie
