Tiny grey flies in house

Tiny grey flies started to appear in my house. I seldom have any food in the house nor do I cook in the house. Usually eating out. Their population seems to be growing, I use the vacuum to suck these tiny little flies up and they seem to re-generate before I can finish. I don't know what they are or where they are coming from
