I want a natural way to get rid of bed bugs

I have been bitten all over by bed bugs. I have scratched scars all over my arms. I found one between the pages in a book I was reading. It was engorged with blood. I found one other about a week later in the crevice of the door to my room. I am now sleeping in my bathroom to get away from them. I'm trying to find the most natural and quickest way to get rid of them. Please help.
