Same issue here.
I've looked up all the suggestions in this thread but to no avail. The closest thing I found was "Flea Beetle", only mine are'nt so round, more oblong and very tiny. It's driving me nuts.
Lot's of questions on this thread, but no answers....SOMEONE HELP!
