The little bugs in my bathtub.........

Hi
I have seem to have a problem with bugs in my tub... They are very little black bugs, they have little legs and antenna. They are very small but can move very quickly and seem to jump a little. How do I find out what they are and how do I get rid of them?!?!?!?
