black colored book lice?

I uncovered a very moldy area behind and on a bookcase and found what I know are book lice since I've seen these before, but I also found these other black bugs in the area and need help identfying them, could they also be book lice? Description: 1mm in size, black, circular, easily crushed, they crawl, don't fly or jump, located on the moldy floor, in books and album jackets. What might these be and how can I treat them?
