Lizards rampant all around my store

we have lizards that are anywhere from 1 inch to 8 or 9 inches always darting around where my customers are. They have hiding spots enough, as I have a small yard for larger items, dumpsters, etc. NORTERN ARIZONA.... I know it is a regional thing, but what can I do?
