Homemade Racoon Repellent?

We are having a major problem with racoons. At first there was only one but that one turned out to be pregnant and now there is the mother and her 3 babies.
Does anyone know of a homemade racoon repellent? We don't want to harm them, we just want them to move on.
Can anyone help?
