They say pyrethrins and their cousins act only as flushing and knockdown agents and repellants(in another word they just take off somewhere else and come back at a later time) so if they are hiding you won't be able to get them. There seems to be no effective pesticide to get rid of these bugs.

: : : Then there is the matter of temperature control. I thought freezing them should kills them, one website said that these bugs and all their stages would die if the temperature is such and such. Then another website(this one is a pest assocation says that you need to live in Alaska to kill these bugs. Who is right? It's all very discouraging. I've rented a cold storage for nothing?
