black tiny inchworms

I work in a nursing home and iwork 3rd shift and we have a new unit with a patio and garden area with walkways and light it's a lovely area but at night little wormy looking thing come into the facility crawl under the door which is suppose to be airtight
they begin to come in @about 11:00 p.m. and it gets worse as the night goes onI've tried to find a picture so I can get correct insecticide but as yet I have had no luck
