flying red bugs.. .what are they??

We have red bugs outside of our house and now they're coming in. We sprayed and they were gone fopr awhile... now they're back. We don't think they're clover mites, because they don't have the long front legs and they don't stain when you kill them. These fly, but they're very tiny. We see them on our computer monitors and around the windows. Does anyone know what they are and how do we get rid of them??
