Small Bug that looks like a scorpion without a tail!

It is not like the Chafer that you show in your picture Colin - I have just discovered one in my bathroom and I have never seen one before - it is exactly how the lady in wisconsin described - it has really long front legs which have pincer like (but are really minute hairs) apendages at the end which they open and close - these legs appear twice the length of the bug which is really small - about half the size of those large red aunts - their body is round and short. Any ideas - anyone? I am just afraid it might have a 'big mama' hiding in the walls somewhere!!!!
