Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I really, REALLY hope this is a false alarm! I had some work done on my windows yesterday & would like to believe that these bugs got in from the outdoors, but I'm not an entomologist, I don't know what every insect looks like and it DOES bear some resemblance to a bedbug, particularly the small size & color. One of the 2 I found was alive, the other dead...the dead one looks just like all the dead bedbugs I would sweep up in my old apartment.:(

Do you guys know if the bugs have long antennae or feelers at the top of their head? That's the one thing that makes me think these aren't bedbugs, as I don't remember that feature in my experience. I'll keep you all posted as to what happens.

: oh god chrissy i hope not this is a nightmare. It would be hell for you to have them again after all you've been through hopefully they are not. Chrissy you've been so great with advice for me and I feel so terrible for you. Please keep us posted
