Chapin Pump Up Sprayer--We
know that if you don't have a good sprayer to use then you won't be
doing much spraying. With this thought in mind, read on: OUR CHAPIN
1-2 GALLON SPRAYERS ARE GUARANTEED FOREVER, THIS INCLUDES ALL PARTS AND
LABOR.
This sprayer has a plastic tank with a metal handle, brass wand and a
brass adjustable tip. The tank won't rust out and the handles and wands
are not easily broken. Use any type of pesticides that you want through
these sprayers, but the use of bleach, acids or degreasers voids the
warranty. When you need a part, just call us, we'll send it out
immediately at absolutely no charge. Whatever pesticide you mix must be
used immediately, never store any type of pesticide in your sprayer.
This eats up the gaskets. $39.50

SMALL ANT CONTROL
Bait:
Use 1/2 of the entire container of Maxforce Granular bait inside at one time.
If only bait is being used for both inside and outside ant treatments, use the
other 1/2 container of Maxforce Granular bait outside at this time.
Bait under all the appliances and sinks and in the back of closets. Use the
Drax in the kitchen and bathroom areas only. Do not use a spray inside for 7
days. In some cases Maxforce Granular bait may be needed in the attic area and
Delta Dust may be needed to treat the electrical outlets.
Spray:
• Outside:
Use large volumes of cypermethrin spray outside the same day you do your
first baiting. You must apply enough volume to penetrate the mulch. Use
cypermethrin at the rate of 1/2 ounce per gallon of water, spray about 6 gallons
around the base of the house and spray all entry points such as windows,
plumbing, doors, fireplaces, etc. Repeat each month to prevent future ant
invasions.
• Inside:
After waiting 7 days (or more) from baiting inside with the Maxforce Granular
or Maxforce bait stations and the Drax gel bait, spray about one gallon of
cypermethrin under the appliances and sinks inside the house.
Precautions:
The children and pets need to be in a separate room of the house when any
bait is applied. When spraying an insecticide inside, all pets and children
should be outside of the house for about 1 hour.
